Follower of the Seasons, features a selection of works from Oscar’s five-suite multi-genre manuscript. He will move through passages that take readers through decades and places he calls home, such as San Francisco, Bristol Bay, Alaska, Vancouver, Canada, Leyte and Manila, Philippines.

Oscar is a recipient of the Gawad Alagad ni Balagtas lifetime achievement award for his writings and endeavors, and the City of San Francisco Trailblazers Award. The National Book Development Board has called him an “icon of Philippine American studies.”
