Erehwon Center for the Arts’ production of “Young Rizal and the Secret of the Light” copped the Festival Director Award under the Independent Achievement Award category of the International Film Festival Manhattan 2022. The awarding was made in New York City, USA, last October 13, 2022.
Bonifacio Ilagan wrote the script and co-directed film with Fritz Silorio. In the cast were Ruby Ruiz, Prince Red Casiple, and Andy Beligan. Narration was by Greg de Leon.
