Erehwon Center for the Arts

It also works to encourage participation in the arts through advocacy, education, and outreach, as well as cultural exchange and cooperation events, to make art accessible to as many people as possible, from all walks of life.  This has given it a reputation as a People’s Art Center.

Because of its extensive involvement in promoting an appreciation and love for learning in arts and culture among young students and communities, the corporation became one of the Outstanding Citizens of Quezon City in 2018, meriting the Quezon City Government’s highest form of honor, the Manuel L. Quezon Gawad Parangal Award.

The Center houses an art gallery, an atelier, a dance studio, a music rehearsal space, an artists-in-residence facility, workshop, and office spaces, as well as an outdoor theater performance stage.  Within its facility is a state-of-the-art, full-color, commercial printing press.

The Center is the home of the Erehwon Artworld Corporation and the Erehwon Arts Foundation.  It is the Philippine contact of the American Museum of Philippine Art Foundation Inc.
